Canada Small Business Loan
Canada’s small business loans are intended to help small business grow, expand, and modernize. How much you can borrow depends on the size of your business. Currently, up to $500,000 can be available for small business financing to businesses with gross annual revenues of $5M and less. The maximum aggregate loan limit may include some of the following conditions:
- Loan limit of $350,000 for equipment or leasehold improvement
- Outstanding Small Business Loan Act (SBLA) and Canadian Small Business Financing Act (CSBFA) loans
- A 2% registration fee may be added to the loan
- A loan limit for real property or immovable goods, including the total financing for the real property or immovable good and any additional financing costs must not exceed $500,000
